Connections between the CIA and harassment of activists in Boston has been suppressed by Boston IMC.

Documented Evidence of CIA Photographing Dissidents at March 31, 2003 Anti-War Protest at Boston Common

Gustavo Espada has been accused of working hand in hand with the CIA to smear participants in the occupation of Harvard Square during the summer and fall of 2003. Evidence has been put forward that Gustavo Espada, in his work with KOBE, was accessing the Internet from the UCIA.GOV domain. This evidence was suppressed on Boston IMC and hidden.

Moreover, Gustavo Espada is the son of Luis Espada, US Consul General to Nicaragua, a post often used as a cover by intelligence agencies. Gustavo Espada has also been connected to the brother of Elise Hanson. This information has been suppressed on Boston IMC as well. It is my belief that Espada is the author of an incident designed to entrap the Lucy Parsons Center with the Secret Service during 2003.

Helping Gustavo Espada was Ed St. George, an undercover police officer from the Dedham Police Department, author of the DPD website and member of the JTTF. Also assisting Espada was John Daley of the Boston Police Department Special Operations Unit. We have strong reason to believe that Espada was in communication with the Cambridge Police Department.

Give the above, the following now has more significance.

(1) Espada reports that during the anti-war protests in Boston Common, he and some friends, ostensibly not part of any organization, videotaped protesters on Boston Common.
(2) We have uncovered two photos of this operation and they are posted with this article. In these photos you see a rather large group of individuals for a gathering that is ostensibly non-organizational. Moreover, you see a women, part of this group, photographing protesters with a camera valued at over $5,000.00 dollars. The camera features a telephone lens. A brother of Espada is using a video camera in the photos and he is videotaping protesters.
(3) The set up of these �individuals� is very elaborate. They have constructed a high point of reference from which to do recognizance on the protest.
(4) This set up is position between where a large contingent of police entered the park and where the black bloc met.
(5) When the police entered, they marched straight in, turned left as if in formation, and marched directly over to the black bloc. They surrounded the black bloc and then marched in ranks containing the black bloc throughout the protest.

Given Espada�s connections to the CIA, it is likely that this set up was used to collect information on the position and activities of anarchists at the protest and that this information was relayed by radio to the police, thereby giving them the information they needed to efficiently enter the very large protest and form ranks around the anarchists.
