Impeachment is just another American joke.
Bush and Cheney should be sent to the Hague, with evidence provided by the United States, to stand trial for their war crimes.
But America coddles its war criminals, always has. At worst, they face a slap on the wrist and a few unkind words in the press.
Which is why the "war on terror" will never end, because terrorist acts cannot be prevented by a terrorist nation.
And, in the Middle East, Central and South America and the Far East, that is what America has been for 50 years, a terrorist nation.
