Yes, I've read two of DeVoy's books.
I'd be interested to find out if the their harassment decreased after moveing, as it usually doesn't. Especially in the Boston area, which is where I am. I'd also be interested in finding out if I could use some of his material from The New Cointelpro as a reference on my website & possibly an upcomming book. The inside of the book cover says that I can't without permission from him.
